According to the Coast Pilot, recreational craft transiting the SOO Locks must have "... an auxiliary movement source such as oars,..."
I don't think an 85-foot Burger would be equipped with oars! Can someone point me to a place where I can read the current proceedures for transiting the SOO Locks in a recreational craft?
