It's not really that many, only me, Butch and Jonathan...

That's right, I was there too, back in the days of the Fiberglass docks!

I guess that just leaves Butch - who really should mind his own business!!!

If I add the fiberglass dock years I'm closer to 15 years.

I should get an invite just for that.

Jonathan, wanna go?

I hear Joe is looking for a date!

;)

I'd pay to see Jonathan walking in with Joe on his arm in a dress!!!

Man I hate work, interferes with my reading time...

Got me, never kept my boat there or allowed them to work on my boat. I have been there though and even operated boats that have been docked there. But with all the bad mouthing I have read over the past few years I would not want to have my boat there...

Gees, I thought I joined this board so I could give my opinion.

Have I said anything wrong or incorrect?

Oh by the way...I am smiling, but work still sucks...

OK, Butch, you have enough connection with them to voice your opinion, so now that cuts the number down to zero!

Well in this case your Alumni status is irrelevent as the invites only went out to loyal customer who wintered this year.

Also.. Hasn't most (if not all) of the bad mouthing is from the issues experienced this year? Constantly changing the managment, damage to boats, etc... other than that it's all about the water or lack of

Funny how a few years ago, when Wayne took over, you guys couldn't say enough good things about what he had done with the place.. Now.. No so much.

I hope this does not jinx me but I have always been very happy at SPBM. With the bigger boat I would like more water - but all the marinas in SP Bay have that issue. I would not want to deal with what Haverstraw does not offer, and parking a mile away from my slip. I have a friend who boats on Lake Erie and they have problems where they dock as well. Nothing is perfect - but SPBM does have great people and a very friendly staff. Even when Gene was here there were still problems as he had to follow what management (Bill P.) told him to do. It is early December and already I miss seeing most of the folks from there. How many more days till spring?

I have to agree, we've been very happy at SPBM. Good slipmates as well. Can't wait to get back on the water!

Leigh, the "alumni status" was tongue-in- cheek.

I certainly have no expectation of being invited to the winter party.

I know Mike.. I know...

I heard Leigh was invited to the Haverstraw Christmas party since he spent more time there then at Stony Point.

(Just kidding, I didn't hear that but he did spend a lot of time there! :)

Leigh isn't at Haverstraw anymore???? Did he go back to the Sound?
