I am not sure if the rates have changed with the change of ownership. In the fall when i was billed for my 2007 slip it was $74.00 per ft with club dues of $54.00 added, a facilities fee of $100.00 and a fee for having an A/C of $125.00. I would call to check on rates and availability....
 
I think Stony Point is still $74 / foot for 25 ft / greater. Willow Cove is $70. Numbers seem similar on facility fees, etc., etc...
