No Digs and yes I have respect for Wayne... You guys only see a Marina that has been neglected. You should come up a play a round at Falkirk, or drive through the estates he built. Very well done and no corners cut...

Leigh- The Mrs. statement could be interpreted as a dig but if you say it was not, then it was not. I agree with you and have witnessed first hand some of Wayne's investments as extremely well done.
 
I guarantee you all if he had gotten the approval to build condo's, it would have been one of the nicest properties on the Hudson.

The work is building docks inside. They will put them in in the spring. If they put them in now the ice would ruin them.

So, they are rebuilding every single dock? Even the cement ones on D that were not damaged?

Don't they need to pull ALL the docks out in order to dredge?
 
Maybe they will pull the "Old" docks in the spring, dredge and then put in the NEW docks...

I have to say that I find it amusing that the ones on here making the most noise are either Ex members, never were members or got the boot from SPBM...

Word is that they are going to sink Leigh's boat to help create a new sea wall.
 
Why? Leigh did not seem overly upset.

And besides, wouldn't a good businessman look to repurpose materials that he already has around the yard?
 
I cant speak for leigh but even if i wanted out a part of me would be upset due to the memories i made over the years.
 
If that was the case, you would keep the first boat that you ever owned for your entire life.

You can have good memories on a boat, but it's just fiberglass and metal... Nothing to get attached to.
