Can speaker wires be run through the overhang over the slider to the bilge or to the interior stereo?

The overhang on the 350 Mariner has no access into it, so I'm not sure how you'd get wires through it. Also...it is right above the entry door with no access there either as it is molded fiberglass just inside the door. The wireless speakers sounds like the way to go.
