Went out for a short trip yesterday under the clouds and occasional little rain on the ICW north of Las Olas. Was appalled at how many people were ignoring the weekend speed limits. The rest of us had to deal with their wakes. I assume these are new boaters who don't know the rules and can't read the signs, but it could be just jerks, I suppose. The only authorities out were Homeland Security folks, and I guess they have more important things to worry about than speeders.
