St. Maarten fishing

Will be at St. Maarten from March 25 - April 6.
with out a boat. Thinking about 4 man charter.
Any good fishing going on that time of year?

I am not looking for a "boat ride" Key Largo
style. No chance at fish - no intrest.
Any information or half baked ideas welcome.
