Starboard dash panel 2003 320 Sundancer.

This weekend out of the blue the panel switches would not control the various devices, I.e. radio, lights wipers etc. But it was intermittent, but by Sunday nothing would work. I reseated the harness plug, but it did not work. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?
