Starbrite Sail & Canvas Cleaner Does Not Work

Well I went to Boater's World and bought two bottles at $10.79 a piece. The stuff did nothing. I mean nothing. Water would have been just as good. Did not take off dirt or mildew. Did not even take off a couple of bird droppings. Don't buy this. I plan to return both the used and unsed bottles. Incredible; seemed to do nothing. I was just going to use Tide soap powder but Sunbrella says to use only "natural soap" what ever that is. What a waste of time.

What do you guys use?
 
I use 303 Fabric Cleaner. Recommended for Sunbrella by Sunbrella. Works well.

Boater's World's parent company declared bankruptcy and is closing; the stores are still open while they wind down operations.
