I have a 1998 Mariner ...60 hp 2 stroke. I had some problems starting after being on the water for awhile. Heres whats happening. I turn the key sometimes and I get nothing. Battery is fully charged and connections clean. I can still use the power tilt. So if I hold the key to start and bump the tilt button up or down a few times it will fineally kick in. I thought it could be the connections on the motor but it looks like show room condition and everything looks and feels tight. any thoughts? thanks
