98 four winns 4.3 At the lake and blew the starter relay replaced it with one that I bought from nappa,exact same switch.I put it in and tried to turn over motor and it sounds almost like it has siezed up.There is a BIG lopeing sound and the whole boat vibrates like the motor is shot.Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.
