Strataglass Blurring

We had Strataglass installed on our fly bridge January 04 and it is blurring. We wax at least once per month and clean it between waxes. Both the wax and cleaner were recommended by the Strataglass web site. Now they have a different cleaner they recommend, but it will not help the blurring at this point.

Has anyone had similar experiences?
