Super yacht "Low Profile" dropped

Num 2 strap broke, followed shortly afterward by 1, 3, 4.

I would have expected the safety margin on those straps to have been large enough so that strap 1 would not have failed
( and therefore 3 and 4 would also have held ) . Obviously that was not the case.

Sad event.
