Or you could just take the teak off, clean it up real nice and leave it at home. You could try to fashion some of the new Trex decking material in the right color. It would be maintenance free and look OK. Not great, but OK. It would need zero maintenance and might suffice. I think you could machine that stuff down to a similar dimension. Never tried it and I don't know what it would look like. It might be slippery, but it shouldn't be too bad.
You could also get the Plasteak replacements. I looked at doing that and the price kept a poor man like me from being able to pull the trigger to buy it. It looks OK, not great too. I'd keep the originals and replace them when I decide to sell the boat!
