at least for me it is.
I just replaced 5 of my 7 bronze thru hulls on my boat.
Now I know you do not want to have any current in your bonding system .
But what is the accceptable limit before corrosion occurs? Or a limit you would not concern yourself with. Also is this measured in mili amps?
Or can I just set meter on 12volts?
