Between rockfishing trips, I connect my FWC engine's flushing port to a 5-gallon Winterizer and run the engine until AF comes out of the lower unit. I do this when the engine's warm and up on the lift.
I haven't had a problem yet, but is this safe practice until I fully winterize at the end of the season?
