I don't know for sure if this is what these guys are up to. They bought 80 cell phones from Wall Mart. They claim they were buying cell phones just to resell them. But why would they be buying them retail just to sell them? The timing also seems critical because on every Labor Day the brigde is opened to pedestrian traffic for a few hours. Thousand of people walk across the 5 mile bridge, and is usually lead by the governor of the state of Michigan.
