This ad is Funny "Its Free"

Hmm...is that the type of help the landlord gives when you don't pay your slip fees?
 
Ad says the boat is in the water, doesn't say it is floating!
 
We had a guy come to us in Mahopac and say something to that effect one time - said he was "helping out" his tenant - he was actually trying to get the damn boat off his property and wanted us to do the dirty work!!!

Watch out what you get into with stuff like this!!!
