Tidewater Fuel Dock Closed???

I just heard that the fuel dock at Domino Sugar factory is closed! We will be in Baltimore the weekend of August 20-22 and always looked forward to filling my tanks.
Does anyone know who else sells gas at a good price in Baltimore Inner Harbor?

There is a fuel dock at Inner Harbor Marine Center. Right by the Rust Scupper Restaurant. They post their fuel prices on their web page with daily updates.

Tidewater is closed because that marina didn't renew it's lease on that dock and the Doctor who owns Inner Harbor Marine Center and BMC bought it. So now the only fuel docks in Baltimore are owned by one person. If he is able to buy two more marinas he'll own everything.

Why doesn't this sound like it'll work out well for the boaters...
