Tiny Brown Spots/Specs on hull

I keep getting tiny little brown specs on my yellow hull. I don't think I'm picking up any road grime. I can scrape them off with my fingernail, and they don't leave any residue, so I don't think it's oil from my truck exhaust.

Any chance it's some kind of bug poop? I have noticed that my boat is very popular with Tree Frogs and Lizards too.

Could definitely be spider poop. We get that alot at our marina. Do you have evidence of many webs?
 
I have seen a few spiders on the boat. I have not seen more than a web or two. I suspect that the Tree Frogs and Lizards eat the spiders before they can set up home.

I was trolling a few miles out in the Atlantic Ocean a few weeks ago when I noticed that I had some passengers...... Tree Frogs enjoying the ride.
