I have an Airmar “Smart Depth" transducer currently providing depth information to my Raymarine E80 chartplotter but I can't get a depth alarm without spending an extra $800 on the fish finder.
Could I connect the output from the Airmar transducer to a simple digital depth gauge with an alarm feature?
