Transmission ZF new or used needed

If it rains it pours, my transmission for my 455 Carver diesel, needs replacing. I have been trying to find parts or a new transmission ZF IRM301A.2 , in Canada or USA. things happen in threes my electrical, transmission and now the wine cellar is empty. I can fix one the other 2 I need help,
