travel advice for tampa area

We are already thinking ahead to Spring and are looking into a week's vacation near Tampa. Michelle will be sixteen.

We won't be bringing our boat but we would like to charter a boat for a day of fishing ... probably inshore for reds, tarpon and trout.
Any ideas for a good, family oriented guide?

We also would love any suggestions you have for land-based activities or places to stay. We hear the aquarium is very nice and we plan to take in Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens.
