Tred Barta Paralyzed

Just watch his show documenting his paralyses. I had no idea.

"On his way to Alaska to tape his TV show, Tred Barta recently suffered a rare occurrence called a spinal stroke. He is currently paralyzed from just below the chest down. Prognosis is way up in the air at the moment."

It's really sad. I liked the guy and what he stood for.

Donated a lot of his time to kids charaties, gave back a lot to many people.

I hope he can cope with this and live his life somewhat happy.

His last article called it a blood cancer if I'm recalling it correctly (about a month ago).
He said that he'll survive it, but is in a wheelchair. Tough thing to have happen. Hope he recovers.

Tred Barta, Wrote many articles for one of the fishing magazines and later Had his own show,"The Best and Worst of Tred Barta".
Mostly serious hunting and fishing with humor mixed in.
He always seemed to be having a great time.
There is a messege here for us.
