i have a 1979 caravelle i/o 19'w/ mercruiser 898. i just installed a tilt/trim pump motor after everything was done i removed the jack from outdrive and it slowly dropped down,i pressed the button down and it fully went down but when i pressed it to go up the motor just runs, is there air in the system? how do i bleed it
