Recently changed out the tilt and trim sending unit on my outdrive - Sending unit works great - guage is right on but I am not convince I have the tilt working correctly - followed that calibration instructions but isn't the outdrive suppoed to come all the way up? Mine raises a couple of inches and stops - I can adjust within the span of the switch but neer to a point where it will go all the way up. What is the actual function of the tilt?
