trouble with Toilet raw water intake - 2005 2465

I'm having trouble with the raw water intake on the Jabsco manual toilet in our 2005 2465. Won't pull in water. I've replaced all the seals in the hand pump, checked the hose and connections and made sure that no blockage exists at the thru-hull intake. Any other things I can try ?

we had the same problem, but once we kited the pump with new seals and rubber grease( old ones were dry and cracked) it works fine. although it can take a few pumps to prime up, maybe a non return valve in the intake line might help

Try to put water in the intake line to prime it.
