I was put in charge of figuring out how and where we could go fishing for Tuna next spring/summer. I have between 4 and 6 guys looking to go fishing for Tuna next year and was wondering if anyone can recommend a boat that would be reasonably priced for an full day or overnight trip. I've never gone before, but am excited to make it happen.

Thanks,
MJK

If you almost want a guarantee of catching tuna, book the Canyon Runner out of Pt. Pleasant. These guys are pros, will put you on the fish and you will probably go home with a few coolers of tuna.

Not the cheapest, but one of the best in the business in NJ.

PS: The Yellowfin tuna bite doesn't come until late summer/fall.

I spoke with them last year at the Javits boat show. I believe it was them. I'll check them out.

Anyone else?
