TV removal 40 Sedan Bridge

I'd assume that it is bolted down or secured & not just sitting there?
 
The Panasonic is sitting in it's enclosure provided, and is secured I believe by the bottom.
The question is where are the screws or bolts. The model is a Searay 40 DB Sedan Bridge.
 
I believe you need to remove the black trim under the TV cabinet to expose the screw heads.
