Update of broker recommendation

I signed with Knot10 yesterday after the photo shoot on Tues. I feel confident I made the right choice based on recommendations here. Again, many thanks! They still have to put in the details but the photos posted make me want to inquire.

Very clever name. Wonder how long it will take for brokers to realize thisis a tight market and cut their commission to 7%, or less.

Very nice boat. I've noticed Knot10's listings seem to have picked up significantly, as well they should. I always thought 10% was nuts and not sure why people agreed to pay it, heck you only pay 5-6 to sell your house and that's a lot more work.

I have agreed to pay the 10% on three occasions. I have never paid 10%. In each instance the buyer stopped offering and I said I would go no lower. Every time the broker came to me with a plan that included some participation on his part. Everyone did well.
Please let me emphasis I did not suggest at anytime that the broker act-not before our brokerage agreement or during negotiations.

Nice listing. Rather freaky that Knot 10 is in Finksburg. I live in Finksburg. We're quit landlocked!
