Spent the last three days stocking the boat for our two week trip out east. Today was wash the boat day, but it was beautiful to be at the marina. Managed to squeeze in a ride on our center console. Weather permitting, we head out to the Sound tomorrow.

Have a great safe trip! Keep an eye on the weather tomorrow they are calling for heavy winds.

Enjoy! I made it to RYB. Rather than mess with or worry about thunderstorms, left at 6am, docked and online by 9am...life is good.
I believe today is low winds scattered thunderstorms but tomorrow, Saturday is moderate winds.

Hogan when are you heading out?
We planned on spending the night on board but with the storms the dogs go Crazy it was just easier to sleep at home tonight. We did go up and stock the boat for a long weekend and looking forward to going to the boat first thing in the morning and leaving the dock.

We ended up leaving Saturday morning. Not a bad ride to Saugatuck. A bit breezy, took some spray over the bow. Saugatuck Harbor Yacht Club is very nice. Took a drink ride up the river to the Black Duck Cafe for lunch.

Left Saugatuck on the 5th. Easy run to Block, flat seas a great visibility.

Had a fantastic week on Block, but the nights were cold. No claiming due to unfavorable tides, and too lazy to squid!

One hour run to Montauk Yacht Club this morning. Flat seas and unlimited visibility.

We will hang here for a few days, then start meandering back home.

We miss you at the resort, but glad you are having a great time.

Two rough days and nights at Montauk was enough! The wind was wailing from the south, right into us, we bounced and had waves breaking on our bow all night.

Took off at 9:30am into rain storms, just to get out of there. Came over to Greenport, where it is sunny and warm, and NO ROCKING AND ROLLING!

We did have a fantastic meal at Inlet Seafood last night.

We are heading back east, will be home Sunday.

So far, we've had a good time, but the weather has been less than perfect.

I trust you will have smooth travels on the way home.

At Pilot's Point today, spent the afternoon at the pool.

That's where we picked up Freedom. Nice facility. We ate at the Whale Tale whenever we went to work on the boat.
