I recently installed a VacuFlush in my Mainship. Complete install toilet, vacu pump generator. Once in a while when I flush it the vac pump sounds like it loading up (under a strain) then it pops my breaker. This is before it regenerates the vacuum. If I let it sit for a minute reset the breaker it builds vacuum and flushes fine. When it runs fine the vacuum generator sounds normal not loaded down. Any ideas what is going on? It holds pressure fine no leaks and builds vacuum within specifications after a flush. Water level doesn't seem to effect this problem either.
Thanks Bill

hmmm... odd. almost sound like something is binding in the pump. did you check the pump (rod, below...) anything loose ?

the only time i hear one of my VF making a louder noise is when too much TP is passing thru. it's more like a louder clack noise.

This sounds like something binding not the normal clacking noise. I will check to see if something is loose.
