I need to replace the spring cartridge on my Vacu Flush EcoVac Head. I have bought several cartridges locally and it seems like on every cartridge I get, the opening where the shaft goes through is offset from the square end where the shaft keys in, because the spring is off center. With it like this, the cartridge does not install properly because the shaft can't bottom out in the cartridge. Unfortunately I don't have a photo, but has anyoen else experienced this? Is there a solution other than buying multiple cartridges until I find one that works?
