Yes I'm sorry , yet another Vacuflush question.

Typical thing, went to flush it ... nothing.

Then noted that the Vacume pump was running nonstop.. Ordered 4 new DuckBills, opened up the pump and hoses. Cleaned it out, replaced the DBs. Re-assembled, and still almost no vacume, and pump continues to run.

The only difference is now I have just a little vacume, and it will drain out the bowl, but not the normal powerful flush I'm used to.

So now I'm down to maybe a partial clog somewhere, or a bad pump.

Finally my question is, what parts should I order. Does the bellows fail very often. Maybe get that, with the seals, and maybe the housing as well?

Other question is: If I have a clog, where do you start with that project.

Thanks....

Craig

Does the pump shut off at all now that you replaced the duckbills? How about checking your seal on the bowl?
Does the water drain by itself eventually?
As far as looking for a clog start at the head and work your way back to the vacuum pump check every hose.

Pump still runs non stop.

Water does not drain on its own.

Thanks.

Check under the pump motor, Pascal said there's a coupling under there that's bad to break, causes the pump motor to run but not the pump.

See, I do pay attention.:)
