All I could find was 125 psi max at 2000 rpm in this old online manual: http://www.svsarah.com/Sarah/Manuals/Mechanical/warner_velvetdrive_70c_71c_servicemanual.pdf (P. 22/23) No idea if there is a pressure limiting regulator/relief device above that engine speed but that might be addressed elsewhere in that service manual.
