Very Low Water Levels in the river

Is Moe going to the Ice sculpture festival or the tulip festival tomorrow?
Are you guys already living on the Boat?
Right now the plan is to go Thursday the 13th. (64 and Sunny) (17C).
 
Might turn into the ice sculpture if the weather doesn't smarten up...Snow tonight..yuck...
The boat wont be splashed until Saturday the 15th at 8am...
