I recently had a Coast Guard Aux vessel safety inspection on my '77 23' GlasPly. We found the VIN on the transom, but shouldn't there be a plaque/sticker that gives manufacturers info on the model? i.e. Weight, capacity etc. I'm just curious, it is 29 yrs old...
