VHF Station License for a Marina

We have a small boat club and used to have a VHF in the clubhouse but apparently someone complained and we had to get rid of it...or so the story goes.

I want to obtain the proper licensing and install a new one. Does anyone know how to start the process?

Did you check the FCC website where you apply for boat license ? I think there is an option for land based station
