Video of dive boat sinking

Many of the live aboard dive boats out of Phuket Thailand are pretty ratty old vessels. They usually go to the Similan Islands or Richlieu Rocks for 3 to 7 day trips. The diving there is incredible with lots of whale sharks and manta rays but the boats are poorly regulated and some of them are just not sea worthy.

I've known of 2-3 others that sank just like this one did.

Yeah the day boat we took out of the Phi Phi Islands was pretty funking as well.
