I want to set up a live video feed camera on my boat and be able to view it on my Iphone.
I would like to use a small, discreet "nanny cam" type camera.
I think I have some "friends" boarding when we are away......

No recording, no panning, no sound, color feed would be nice.
The Marina has Wifi for use, if that is possible.

I know there are some techy's here that do this for a living. Is there an easy way ?
Do I need to pay for a service ?

RobSki, and Current Sea, have done this real cheap. D-Link products seem to fit that bill.

How about if your marina does not have WiFi?
I only have a 24 center console, but Ive always wondered what happens when I am not there. I have often feel people come and go on my boat a lot...

Matt,
You might want to check to see if their is a "Cablevision Hot Spot" at your marina.

Check out ARLO cams by netgear.. wireless. Great for a small clip of activity ...

I have the D-Link cameras, one in our condo in Punta Gorda and the other in our Ohio home. They work great, they have excellent night vision and the MY DLink app works from phones or a PC. The camera can be control to scan/zoom around the room. The cameras were about $65 and they require WIFI, model # DCS-5009L

Good luck
Niles
