Thought some of you might enjoy seeing the "Vol Navy" raft ups at TN football games. Usually 300-400 boats, 10-15 per chain. Many of the captains do this every weekend, so there is much expertise on how to do it it right. I just follow their directions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
