Same mentality. Everyone is in a rush to meet their maker.

Hopefully the skiff was a tender. I can't see one going that far off shore. But then again, Block Island isn't that much more of a stretch.

I run a 17' skiff sometimes - I don't even like having 4 people in it. My OWN 18' skiff never even has that many unless two of them are my kids!
