Watch Hill & Sailors Status

Just recieved an email stating watch hill and sailors have no real Marina issues . Electric and water have all been tested and are good to go for next year ( or as good as they were ) The bocce court has to be redone. So we have something positive to look fwd to.

Will be interesting to see what the approach channel to WH looks like.

We should set up a BE rendezvous or raftup this summer.

I need to start thinking about boating.
 
I am already thinking and I am down for the rendezvous!
Props are off.
Arch comes down tommorrow.
Boat hauls to NY on 2/5!
If I can get ready I will go in mid-march!

I may have to do watch hill channel slowly with IPS drive.
 
Dave, I draw 44" and haven't had a problem with the Watch Hill approach.

Back down the channel to protect the fwd facing props. Should be no problem with IPS & joystick control. :)

Hi everyone. I'm new here on Boatered and just joined Friends of Watch Hill. I understand there is a Winter Blast coming in a few weeks. Does anyone here attend ?. Is it a fun time ? Was thinking of going and meeting some new boaters. Thanks
 
With the bigger boat in the works were looking forward to more weekends away
 
Admiral1. Welcome to the forum. My wife and I have never attended the winter blast but it always looks like a good time from the pictures. The FOWH is a good group and they do a lot of good things for the facility. We always do the FOWH rendezvous weekends which allow you to get advanced reservations at WH. We always say we are going to spend more time out there but the summer seems to slip away from us.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out there again.
