1992 Silverton 34 Express. Just bought the boat in March 05. The seller said he had recently replaced the water heater.
However, the wooden platform it sits on is always damp. The boat has been sitting still for a more than a month and it's still wet. The fresh water pump will cycle on every couple hours even if I do not turn a faucet on. I have never been able to find a leak.
Until today I always thought bilge water was just splashing up on the wooden platform. But the boat has not been used in more than a month.
I'm starting to get more suspicious of the "new" water heater... Any thoughts are welcome....
