I purchased a boat which had gas in it for 2 years. I put around 2 hours on it, and it was starting to run a little rough. My first thought was to check the fuel. I emptied out the fuel seperator, and noticed around 1 ounce of water. Considering this is what it caught in the first 2 hours of use, Im not sure if I should just keep running the boat and change the seperator every few hours until the water is gone, or do I extract all the gas from the tank. There is around 25 gallons in the tank. If the right answer is to extract the gas, are there any recommendations on how to do this?
