Water in the Hull? Need help.

I just got my boat out of storage to discover that rain had been getting in all winter. I think water is in the hull where we cant bilge it out. We have tried driving it around with stops and starts and a lot of water still comes out.

Any suggestions for getting the water out of this area?
Will this water damage the structure of the vessel?
