Water pumping into boat-Bilge when engine running

Try to get a hold of one of those automotive mirrors that extend on a long handle. Allows you to see around and under things without crawling in there. You may be able to spot something obvious.
 
A mirror of any kind should help, but if the engine room is that tight you're going to have fun FIXING the problem when you do find it... I don't envy whoever gets the job.
 
You can get those remote/inspection cameras pretty cheap now days. They plug into a USB/laptop. I got a 30 footer but you can get 10 footers too for maybe $10-$15. hook them up to an old broom handle or the like.
 
Think it's fixed as of yesterday. Was a leaking hot water heater from corrosion. Bypassed the heater and no leaks detected (at least our of the water on ears). We'll see what she does in the spring. Might as well order a new Atwood unit to replace the corroded one. Thanks everyone!

That's great you finally seem to have isolated the source. But unless the tank itself clearly looks badly corroded, you might consider more closely inspecting it to rule out just a corroded RW side fitting that might be replaced relatively inexpensively. But check to see if the water heater still works electrically after that flooding.

Also, you might do well to spray dilute Salt-Away on any metal or electrical parts that were wetted by the leak, let it sit for a bit to neutralize, maybe rinse with just fresh and follow up with WD-40 or Corrosion-X (very effective but hard to spray) or similar corrosion stop & preventative.
