Waterless coolant

I see this Evans waterless coolant used in snowmobiles and atv's. But can t be used in a closed cooling system on a boat?

I've been using it in my turbo charged Mazda RX7 for years, works as advertised. You can use it in a closed system. You just change to a low or no pressure cap as I recall.
