WTF!!!!!!!!!!! 3 weeks and 3 promises and this guy still has not detailed my boat.

PS
I have to call him, he does not even have the courtsty to call me.....

Dave,
I would remove him from this site.

Walter

Thats one thing I'll never understand.......why a business would spend $$$$$ advertising.....then drop the ball when you make an appointment.............WTF !!!!

Walter....... he's probably busy doing Sea Rays first !!!!

Let me say that those guys do a phenominal job. However, they apparently have a contract or an arrangement with someone to do alot of boats (maybe new ones) so they are scarce on nice days. Last year, the old boat was outside and I couldn't get them at all. This year, the new boat was inside the shed and they came down on a rainy day to do it inside.

IMO there is no excuse for making promises they are not keeping.

Oh well, I guess I won't be returning his call.

Thanks for the heads-up.

It costs $100.00 per month 3 year agreement. email Dave (current sea).

Rob,
Would you schedule a job, not show up and not call your customer to explain? Thats all I am saying, basic business 101.

I called yesterday and did receive a call back to say they were coming tommorow.

Walter.....not sure .....I don't remember much of the 70's............:) :)

I have used Waves and Wheels in the past and found them to be excellent, but also had to wait at times, but it was worth it. Also, they were on par with pricing with competitors for the Wax job, but a bit pricy for the weekly or bi-weekly general washing. 3 seasons ago I switched to a few different detailers in one season and was not as happy, then 2 seasons ago found that Crystal Shine was decent detailers and reliable (within reason) a couple slipups, but well worth the savings. They are due to Wax my boat this week before Friday, I hope!!

I would wait for Wave and Wheels if that’s who you chose, just let him know that a courtesy call is a priority of yours. I tell my guys to just call if they can’t make it and I will work with them. But just don’t leave me hanging. So far it has worked.

...too many dobies or touched the hot wire too many times?

Just for a information point, I do not charge to get into LIBI, any vendor can be added to LIBI assuming they are a reputable business. What is reputable, that is for you guys to debate on here.

Boatered is not responsible for any vendor or any issues assoicated with any vendor mentioned in LIBI. They are there for reference and I will only add vendors, I will not remove them becuase someone said so unless they are no longer in business or multiple complaints are raised. I will also not get into rating any vendor or doing any type of ratings for anything.

I started LIBI to help fellow RO's like me find key information. I find that I am always doing a search on here and we all know how the search feature works.

As with any vendor, buyer beware!
Now back to my "spliff".......!!!!!

Don.....a man of my own heart (and I never would've thought it!) from the 60's and 70's! <G>

"I do not charge to get into LIBI,"

Uhhh Uhhhh a kickback would be considered payment to most people :) You know, that new carpet, wax job, that Bj, etc.

Bj...??????

Did you forget about your fellow LICC R/O's ????......WTF

Don,

Do you really want a Bj from Robski, I think not? Dave did us R/O's a favor.
