Westerbeke Won't Start

Changed the fuel filters, (primary, secondary and lift pump filters)thermostat and water pump. When I tired to start her she cranks but will not kick over. I primed her with the electric pump and have bled her at the original bleeding valve with good fuel flow, at the injector pump no fuel flow. Can't figure this one out............
